1. Overview

Foilwick is owned and operated by Victris AI, LLC ("Victris," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through Foilwick, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a deck builder and playtesting tool, and we do not sell your personal data.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and name when you register, including via Google sign-in.

Content you create: decks, deck cards, descriptions, notes, and playtest session statistics (such as draw counts and mulligans) used to power your deck stats.

Payment information: if you purchase an optional membership, checkout is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation details such as your email, the tier purchased, and order identifiers. We never see or store your card number.

Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited and feature usage, used to understand how the product is used and to improve it.

3. How we use your information

To provide the Service: saving your decks, restoring your sessions, and showing your playtest statistics.

To communicate with you: transactional emails such as welcome messages, membership confirmations, and occasional tips to help you get started. Every non-essential email respects your preferences.

To operate memberships: matching a completed payment to your account and unlocking the cosmetic perks you supported.

4. Sharing and third parties

Card data and imagery are loaded from Scryfall, so your browser requests card images directly from Scryfall's servers, subject to their privacy practices.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Decks you mark as public or share by link are visible to anyone with the link, including the deck name, description, and card list. Private decks are visible only to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and decks for as long as your account exists. If you delete a deck, it is removed from our database. If you want your account and its data deleted, contact us on Discord and we will remove it.

6. Security

Your data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure, and connections to the Service are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Children

Foilwick is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deck exports are available anytime from the builder. To make a request, reach out on the Foilwick Discord.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
